A support question today covered how to message bank directly on Predictable. This is one way that you can do that, without using the web portal or My Message Banking.
Go into your phrase bank and add or edit a phrase
Choose to add a sound, using the + Sound button
Record the sound using the microphone icon button and label the sound file
Come back and save the phrase and the attached audio, allocating it to the appropriate category
It's that simple!
